Engage your audience through singing

We always enjoy engaging guests and audiences through our entertainment, and singing is a great way to do this. There is something memorable and exciting about being immersed in entertainment.

We were invited by the prestigious Lansdowne Club to lead the annual Christmas Carol Cocktail party, with a small choir. I wanted to create a warm, interactive atmosphere where the guests could contribute to the music making and enjoy singing well known Christmas songs. The club was also keen to engage the under 35 year old membership.

The event was held in the stunning ballroom. We had a small choir of professional adult singers and talented, experienced junior choristers. All of the guests had copies of the ‘song book’.

The choir led the singing and it became apparent that many guests (including the enthusiastic fencing team) were more than happy to participate!

The choir were ably accompanied by our wonderful pianist who played on the fabulous Steinway grand piano.

As well as traditional carols, there were interactive songs – like ‘The Twelve Days of Christmas’ with actions!

This fully engaged the guests!

Guests were invited to join the choir to create the “Lansdowne Chorus” and the last carols were sung with particular gusto!

Engaging audiences and guests in this way is such fun, memorable and a great entertainment option. As well as the more formal choir we created, we have a range of musicians who can lead the singing (and not just carols either!) Examples are:

Acoustic Duo singer and guitarist who will get everyone up and singing.
